PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE BUYING. AFTER EACH PURCHAISING ON OUR SITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. WE MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT. FROM THE MOMENT YOU ORDER OUR PRODUCTS/SERVICES YOU BIND YOURSELF TO THIS AGREEMENT AND CERTIFY THAT YOU DO, IN FACT, AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT IN FULL.

C. WEEFACE PROVIDES SOFTWARE FOR DEVELOPING WEBSITES IN A SELF SERVICE MODE AND FOR PERSONAL USE. FROM THE TIME OF PURCHAISING WEEFACE IS NOT IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE MADE BY THE CUSTOMER AND CANNOT BE PROSECUTED IN ANY WAY.WEEFACE DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES. WEEFACE, ANY OF ITS EMPLOYEES, MANAGEMENT OR AFFILIATES MAY NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR THUS LIABLE FOR ANY POSSIBLE DAMAGES RESULTING IN USE OR MISUSE OF ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT OR SOFTWARE PROVIDED BY WEEFACE, INCLUDING DIRECT OR INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, AND INCIDENTAL RESULTING FROM ANY FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICES, SUSPENSION OF SERVICES, OR TERMINATION OF SERVICES.YOU ASSUME TOTAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RISK FOR YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND THE INTERNET. WE NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. IN NO EVENT WE WILL BE LIABLE FOR (I) ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF PROGRAMS OR INFORMATION, AND THE LIKE) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, OR ANY INFORMATION, OR TRANSACTIONS PROVIDED ON THE SERVICE, OR DOWNLOADED FROM THE SERVICE, OR ANY DELAY OF SUCH INFORMATION OR SERVICE. EVEN IF WE OR OUR AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR (II) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SERVICE AND/OR MATERIALS OR INFORMATION DOWNLOADED THROUGH THE SERVICE. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

D. WEBAPP ARE DELIVERED UNDER 24 OPEN HOURSWEEFACE DON'T PROVIDES REFUND AFTER DELIVERY, FOR REASONS OF PIRACY AND COPIES OF SCRIPTS. IN NO CASE IS POSSIBLE TO REFUND A SERVICE AFTER PURCHASED. WE INVITE OUR CLIENTS TO CHECK CAREFULLY THE CHARACTERISTICS OF OUR SERVICES BEFORE PURCHASE. WEEFACE HAS NO LIABILITY IF A PROJECT IS NOT COMPLETED DUE TO RESPECT OF WEEFACE PROJECT POLICIES BY THE CLIENT.

E. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE USE OF THE PHRASE "CLONE" IS FOR MARKETING PURPOSES ONLY AS THIS IS HOW THE WEB DEVELOPMENT INDUSTRY REFERS TO BUILDING A WEBSITE SIMILAR TO ANOTHER SITE. WEEFACE CERTIFIES THAT THE ENTIRE CODE AND DESIGN OF A "CLONE" IS COMPLETELY DEVELOPED AND BUILT BY OUR OWN TEAM OF DEVELOPERS. NO CODE, DESIGN OR GRAPHICS HAS BEEN USED FROM OTHER WEBSITES.

F. THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, CLAIMS OR REPRESENTATIONS MADE BY WEEFACE, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF QUALITY, PERFORMANCE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NOR ARE THERE ANY WARRANTIES CREATED BY COURSE OF DEALING, COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, OR TRADE USAGE. FURTHER, WEEFACE DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, ACCESSIBLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE. THE FOREGOING EXCLUSIONS AND DISCLAIMERS ARE AN ESSENTIAL PART OF THIS AGREEMENT AND FORMED THE BASIS FOR DETERMINING THE PRICE CHARGED FOR THE SOFTWARE AND ANY ASSOCIATED SERVICES. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW EXCLUSION OF AN IMPLIED WARRANTY, SO THIS DISCLAIMER MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

G. YOU ASSUME ALL RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE INSTALLATION AND USE OF THE SOFTWARE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WEEFACE BE LIABLE WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE (WHETHER ACTIVE, PASSIVE OR IMPUTED), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY), FOR COVER OR FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER FAILURE OR OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY RELATED SERVICES, EVEN IF WEEFACE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

H. APPLICABLE LAW AND PLACE OF JURISDICTION
UNITED STATES LAW APPLIES, WITH EXCLUSION OF THE UN CONVENTION ON THE INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS. NEW YORK SHALL BE THE EXCLUSIVE PLACE OF JURISDICTION FOR BILATERAL COMMERCIAL SALES. WEEFACE LTD IS A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY UNDER UNITED KINGDOM LAW. IT IS REGISTERED IN THE REGISTER OF COMPANIES OF UNITED KINGDOM.

Our products are digital only and available only through the Internet. Subscribing to these digital products are no commitments. That means you can unsubscribe whenever you want from your web account area. This link to your account area has been provided to you with your first purchase. Ask for it if you have not. In fact, no refund will be granted, since it is digital products and you can cancel your subscription yourself.

  • set up a membership of the WEEFACE;
  • register and shop with us on the Site;
  • view products from participating vendors;
  • submit your resume to us for consideration of job vacancies or employment purposes (If you submit your resume to us, we will keep it in a database for consideration of particular jobs that arise within the WEEFACE ); or
  • tell us about your shopping experiences at the WEEFACE by completing a customer service survey;
  • tell us about your current study or employment situation and circumstances

  • you register with the WEEFACE to receive relevant information of our latest offers, current promotions and specials;
  • a friend nominates you to receive a page from the Site. The email will be sent to you on behalf of your friend. You will not receive subsequent e-mail from us, because the WEEFACE will not record your e-mail address;
